1. Keep Netlify visitor access public

Netlify -> milomaps-parks -> Project configuration -> General -> Visitor access -> Project visibility -> Public

Neighbors need the ballot without a team login.

If Public is locked: Team settings -> General -> Visitor access -> Default project visibility. Turn off 'Private for all projects,' then set this project to Public.

2. Optional alternate host: parks.milomaps.com

Cloudflare -> milomaps.com -> DNS -> parks can point to this Netlify app. Leave @ and www alone.

The same app may answer on milomaps.org, parks.milomaps.com, and the Netlify project host. The public message should stay consistent on each host: neighbor board, open ballot, no checkout, and not a city app.

The public posture is simple: not a city app, no city approval required to collect community signal, and no personal operator identity as the public face.

Neighbors never pay to check in or vote. Stripe is not connected. Sponsor and community money is never held by a private individual operator; real project funds require a bank, credit union, or designated shelter partner as transparent custodian.

If real sponsor money is recorded, the split is 80% park / 15% operate / 5% steward reserve.
